no. ccleaner does not delete any programs. If you go to that feature it can( but only if you let it).
so your games will be fine

no it will not delete your programs unless you use the add/remove application feature and tell it what programs you want deleted. as far as your desktop goes you will have to delete that stuff off of there

I was going to come on here and slate you for during a registry clean tutorial as registry cleaning should not be taught by a youtube video. It comes from learning the registry and what it’s for.
All novices should stay right away from reg cleaning. To many noobz just click scan/fix and moan when there pc dont boot up. To many agresive cleaners out there. CCleaner is gentle as reg cleaning can get
