Yeah they should! For some reason this 48 hours episode I really liked & had so many twists & turns was just like a movie almost. Should write up a script & send it to hollywood
Thank God this man is finally free, its such a shame he had to spend all those years in prison. He will make a great attorney and maybe he can help improve our justice system.
I’m glad they’re going to review the initial investigation. That detective McCready is a complete buffoon. And amazingly unaware of his incompetence, too.
Wow!….wow. I say mccready should be accountable and have to pay a price for locking marty up for so many years. it’s just not fair…
amazing story. really felt bad about Martin , i dont think he is gulity. I really hope he succeeds with his law school.
knowing Hollywood there’d be a twist at the end where he murders the rest of his family
) Glad to see justice done in the end though – I still think they should lock up the cop!
Great story. Thanks for sharing
yay im so happy for marti and i cant believe he is so positive and so hopeful after losing part of his life for so many years and i wish him the best now that he is out
i hope they investigate well and they put who ever is responsible in jail, how could these people be out there so happy knowing they killed and that someone else is paying for this
i also hope the detective or police goes to jail cause he didn’t investigate and he deserves to be in jail or pay for what he did to marti
Good luck Marti and I hope one day you’ll be a great lawyer, so that you can protect the truly innocents. The cop that investigated Marti 19 yrs ago is a bastard, because of him, Marti lost his adult hood in prison. I like it when he said “my body is in there, but my soul and mind is out there”. I believe Marti will be a successful lawyer. Keep up with the good works Marti and make your family proud of you.
Marti is very strong. He’s smart and has well manner. Good for him! I hope to hear more good news about him.
this poor guy has spent the best years of his life in prison
no way treble. cops who ____ up never apologize they use the usual i was doing the right thing; i still believe he did it. no conscience. there should be some way to sue for civil suit
/spit detective Mcgreedy
Hopefully Marty will be the best lawyer in town to sue that McCready’s ass! Still after all these years and the proof that Marty didn’t do it, he doesn’t have the decency to admit he was wrong. Dirty Cop.
McGready is kind of like that Mignini doofus who tried the Amanda Knox case.
i hope marti makes up for the lost years he spent in jail! he will make an amazing lawyer one day he knows himself what its like to be innocent and prosecuted! as for mccreedy well i hope hes licking his wounds with his dirty no good tail between his legs, what an arsehole he ruined martis life. marti is lucky he has a wonderful family who love him very much. good luck to them all!!
there should be a interview of the detective who put him in jail… detective is an asshole and a arrogant pieace of waste…
marty i am 36 too and in inspiring to see you to have such goals like goin to law school.
i am happy for you marty
Marti, all this horrendous episodes might be a blessing in disguise. It is actually leading to something very very big and very good for the Justice System to rethink their follies. May God be with you and use your life’s story to touch many many people out there. I’m really so full of joy for you, Bro!!!!
poor thing got ugly
this cops cases need to be reviewed 90 plus successes all guilty makes you wonder how many other people are doing time that didnt do anyting wrong
Anyone know how marty is doing today? Law school?
Ya not kidding eh? It should be looked into!
So happy about his release!! Cannot stand the one idiot who shows no regret or even acknowledges that he was a bastard in tricking the poor kid into a confession!!! They outta throw HIM behind bars! Marty seems a genuinely good man, through and through.
losing both parents and going to the jail at the age of 17? i feel so sorry for him… god bless you. murder is the most sinful thing.
Why does God let this shit happen. What horrible test is this? Regardless, Marty passed.
