On the evening of Sept. 28, 2000, former Indiana state trooper David Camm came home to find his 35-year-old wife Kim and his five-year-old daughter Jill murdered, both shot execution-style in the head; his seven-year old-son Brad died after being shot in the chest. Just three days later, Camm, 36, was arrested and charged with the murders. Camm has adamantly denied any involvement in the murders. Correspondent Richard Schlesinger has spent years investigating the case, one with bizarre evidence and many unusual twists that would lead to an ending that no one expected. Where were the Camms buried?
Yes we do – he killed his family and tried to say Boney did it and tried to kill Boney, but it backfired. 2 juries from 2 different counties (Johnson & Warrick) convicted him – end of story.
The thing that kind of balances his guilt or innocence was his presence at the basketball game. Personally I think he made a swift exit 10 minutes or so during the game it which the fellas would have been too ‘involved’ with the game to notice he wasn’t there. He probably made his presence felt at the game and made sure he spoke to people to later verify an alibi. Were the windows in the bathroom at the sports centre checked? ‘I am just going to take a leak, fella’s’
10 minutes later he’s back.
This is so ‘american’ way of thinking – if police can not find other suspects – they will always proove this is someone from closest family.
4:58… I had no idea what had happened…O’ yes you did…you lying sack of s***.
As of right now, watching what I have watched thus far, I don’t think he did it. Maybe, I just don’t want to think he would kill his 2 little kids, IDK, I will wait til I watch it all to say for sure what I think.
You better keep watching they convicted him in TWO JURY TRIALS. Without question he killed his family and almost got away with it. He’s trying to get a third trial. And Lockhart road is named after his Uncle Sam who helped him cover it up and Sam you’ll burn in hell for doing that. David Camm is GUILTY 100%
@corydwalker The 2 counties were Floyd and Warrick
Kraft Graceland Cemetery in New Albany IN
@jefflovesann – The first jury pooled was from Johnson County due to pretrial publicity – the trial was held in Floyd. The second one they moved altogether to Warrick County.
Latest news in on David Camm. He will go free if Prosecutor doesn’t re-try case for 3rd time. Check out:
Stand, Take Action, Know Your Rights – THIS MEANS YOU!
The truth really is scarier than fiction!!!

The truth really is scarier than fiction!!! He’s innocent and you know it!!!!!
That Murderer may go free on a technicality but he’s guilty and he will get what’s coming to him either soon or in the end.
Wow, you guys are so way off on this. Why is it that a man who’s stalked/assaulted/robbed/kidnapped random women is not capable of doing it again and eventually murder the family because the mom fought back?
Crying with no tears = guilty?
No, no EVIDENCE = guilty.
All evidence is pointing to Charles Boney here
1) fits his M.O.
2) shoe fetish and condition/position of moms feet and shoes
3) palm print EXACTLY WHERE THE SHOOTER WOULD BRACE HIMSELF TO LEAN IN AND SHOT THE KIDS IN THE BACK SEAT!
Anyway, if you were planning on killing your family, why oh why would you EVER plan it DURING a pick up basketball game where you have no idea how many would show up, how long the games lasted, etc. What if there are only 11 players (as there happened to be) and you’re gonna sit out a game to sneak out a kill ur family, but you’re playing 5 on 5 and someone gets hurt, or someone else comes, or its a blowout and over quickly? Automatically everyone knows ur missing and you have no alibi. Busted
High Velocity blood splatter that’s all it takes .
Camm is GULITY
To me, that is the perfect time to kill. Because nobody can actually pin-point the exact time of the murder. With people entering and leaving the ball games, he had MORE than enogh time to slip out and leave. Plus, Boney and Camm already knew each other. They agreed to split the insurance money. Camm is guilty.
good theory
To anyone that thinks Dave Camm asked Charles Boney for help…
DAVE: here’s the plan Backbone! Go in there and, since you’re a career criminal with a long and violent history of attacking women for their shoes, take my wife’s pair and play with them. Then, take your shirt off and leave your jailhouse nickname written on it!
HE WOULD HAVE TO BE DUMBER THAN TOAST (like most of you)!
PS. Don’t give me that 11 people at the basketball game B-S! the mere fact that some people remember him and some don’t is probably the 10,000th time that eyewitness testimony has proven unreliable.
Camm is guilty and his Uncle the spokesman knows all about it don’t you Uncle ?
i love how everybody is always innoncent. ppl are murdered everyday and yet nobody kills them! ok granted i dont expect them to come right out and say “hey i’m guilty as sin” but u gotta know when to hold ‘em and when to fold ‘em. when you’re caught…you’re caught!! so to future killers out there, know when the jig is up and spare us all this 48 Hrs bullshit!! no one wants to hear your phony pleas or your fake crys you murdering pieces of scum!
@jefflovesann The first trial, Floyd County had a jury from Johnson County bussed in.
@TraineeInTraining 90 percent of all convictions in US come from an admission of guilt. 75 % of our cases are plea bargained out, which inevitably results in a guilty plea.
